This is the first blog entry of my first blog written on the first day of the first month of 2005. We actually live in Alaska on the beautiful Kenai peninsula in the community of Nikiski.
This is an experiment to learn how to blog. It will contain some photos of Alaska, some webpages i like, books to read, some thoughts about the Bible, and some personal stuff for friends and family. CLICK ON THE PHOTOS FOR A BIGGER VIEW.

- Born 7-7-50. August 4th 2008 was our last day at the ammonia plant. It was an enjoyable job for nearly 32 years. We are running out of natural gas in Cook Inlet which was used along with air and steam to make ammonia fertilizer. The plant is being mothballed now just in case someone makes another big discovery in a few years, or maybe they will pipe some gas down from the North Slope, and then perhaps it could be started up again. If you have any good job offers let me know.
