Some family portraits
This is a great picture of Heidi, John, and Johns Dad Chuck. This was taken just before we left for the airplane. The camera was sitting on a glass table. Can you see Lois Ann, Heidi, and John in this photo? This is not Alaska unfortunately, but Victoria, BC. Almost looks like Christmas.
Born 7-7-50. August 4th 2008 was our last day at the ammonia plant. It was an enjoyable job for nearly 32 years. We are running out of natural gas in Cook Inlet which was used along with air and steam to make ammonia fertilizer. The plant is being mothballed now just in case someone makes another big discovery in a few years, or maybe they will pipe some gas down from the North Slope, and then perhaps it could be started up again. If you have any good job offers let me know.
