Easy fishing
Mouth of the Kenai River lined with 5' dip nets. The seagulls enjoy dipnetting as much as Alaskans. Most folks can get enough red salmon to last a year in a couple of days.
Born 7-7-50. August 4th 2008 was our last day at the ammonia plant. It was an enjoyable job for nearly 32 years. We are running out of natural gas in Cook Inlet which was used along with air and steam to make ammonia fertilizer. The plant is being mothballed now just in case someone makes another big discovery in a few years, or maybe they will pipe some gas down from the North Slope, and then perhaps it could be started up again. If you have any good job offers let me know.
